Total Dose Calculator by Body Weight and Height

Once the BSA is calculated, the total dosage needed for the entire treatment period is determined using the following equation:

$\text{Total Dosage}=BSA \times \text{Dose per } m^2 \times \text{Frequency} \times \text{Duration of Treatment (Days)}$

Where:

BSA is the Body Surface Area calculated using the DuBois formula.
Dose per $ m^2 $ is the prescribed dose per square meter of body surface area.
Frequency is the frequency of treatment per day (e.g., once, twice, three times, or four times a day).
Duration of Treatment (Days) is the total number of days for the treatment regimen.
